Tax Exempt Purchases

We are required to collect sales tax on all orders picked up at our warehouse or shipped within the State of Indiana. This sales tax is collected at the time your order is placed. If you are a tax-exempt organization, we will refund the sales tax collected on your order. You must submit a valid ST-105 General Sales Exemption Certificate from the Indiana Department of Revenue in order to receive the sales tax refund. We must have a copy of this form on file prior to issuing any refund. You may submit your ST-105 certificate by emailing customerservice@tomahawkattachments.com. Out-of-state customers who are also tax-exempt must complete this form as well, only if customer pickup is requested.
